General Conditions

• All applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the respective program.
• Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
• Any falsification of documents or information will result in immediate disqualification.
• Candidates must adhere to WeGeni's ethics, policies, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
• If a candidate does not perform well, they will be terminated from the program.
• If a candidate applies and does not receive an opportunity, they must wait for one year before reapplying.
• Breach of company policies, failure to meet performance expectations, or ethical violations will lead to immediate termination from the program.

Eligibility:

• Open to 2nd, 3rd and final-year college students.
• Must achieve 80% or higher in the initial assessment and interview.
• Bonafide Certificate mandatory.

Program Structure:

• Minimum 20% knowledge in their domain.
• Full-time participation in live projects.
• Consecutive 15-day internship program.
• MBA students will gain hands-on experience by working on live projects.
• Batch size: Each cohort will have a maximum of 30 students to ensure quality mentorship.
• Candidates who perform well may receive future opportunities within WeGeni.
