General Conditions

All applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the respective program.
Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
Any falsification of documents or information will result in immediate disqualification.
Candidates must adhere to WeGeni’s ethics, policies, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
If a candidate does not perform well, they will be terminated from the program.
If a candidate applies and does not receive an opportunity, they must wait for one year before reapplying.
Breach of company policies, failure to meet performance expectations, or ethical violations will lead to immediate termination from the program.

Eligibility:

Open to 2nd, 3rd and final-year college students.
Must achieve 80% or higher in the initial assessment and interview.
Bonafide Certificate mandatory.

Program Structure:

Minimum 20% knowledge in their domain.
Full-time participation in live projects.
Consecutive 15-day internship program.
MBA students will gain hands-on experience by working on live projects.
Batch size: Each cohort will have a maximum of 30 students to ensure quality mentorship.
Candidates who perform well may receive future opportunities within WeGeni.
