2. Cancellation Policy

- Customers may cancel a service order before work has commenced to receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be granted based on the completed portion of the service.

- Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
2.2 Digital Product Cancellations

- Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, credited back to the original payment method.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior communication, WeGeni reserves the right to challenge the claim with proof of service delivery. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team before filing a dispute.
