General Conditions

• All applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the respective program.
• Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
• Any falsification of documents or information will result in immediate disqualification.
• Candidates must adhere to WeGeni’s ethics, policies, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
• If a candidate does not perform well, they will be terminated from the program.
• If a candidate applies and does not receive an opportunity, they must wait for one year before reapplying.
• Breach of company policies, failure to meet performance expectations, or ethical violations will lead to immediate termination from the program.

Eligibility

• Open to experienced professionals with 80% or more proficiency in their domain.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in project execution, client interaction, and corporate processes.
• A valid passport/visa is required for international assignments.
• Background verification will be conducted.

Work Flexibility & Compensation:

• Experienced hires are allowed to work for other companies while being associated with WeGeni.
• Their salary is based on project acquisition and is negotiable depending on their contribution.

Responsibilities:

• Mentorship: Guide and train entry-level candidates in their respective domains.
• Representation: Serve as a company representative at industry events, expos, conferences, and summits.
