Terms & Conditions for BPS Training(Entry Level)
1. Training Nature
- This is an unpaid training program (No stipend will be provided).
- Duration: 3 months.
- We provide training in communication and business skills throughout the training period.
- Based on performance, discipline, and business needs, trainees may be offered a full-time role.
- There is no guarantee of placement after training. Selection depends purely on merit and attitude.
2. Work Commitment
- No fixed working hours – trainees are expected to be available based on business needs.
- No remote working is permitted under any circumstance.
- Weekly two times, trainees must report to the office physically. Remaining days will follow a hybrid mode schedule as assigned.
- Mobile usage during working hours is strictly prohibited. Hybrid mode trainees may use mobile phones only for work-related purposes with prior approval.
3. Communication & Leave Policy
- All leaves must be formally communicated through email.
- No casual leave will be permitted during training, except Sundays. Only 1 sick leave per month is allowed.
- Emergency leave must be notified and justified professionally.
- Long uninformed absence will result in immediate termination of training.
4. Discipline (Must Follow in All Modes: In-Person & Hybrid)
4.1 Communication Discipline
- All communication must be professional, respectful, and goal-focused.
- Use formal language in emails, chats, and calls.
- Respond promptly to messages and updates.
- Avoid unrelated discussions during working hours.
4.2 Network Discipline
- Do not share internal tools, data, or content with outsiders or unauthorized platforms.
- Use only approved company platforms (e.g., Google Drive).
- Do not store company files or client materials on personal devices.
4.3 Client Discipline
- Speak in client calls only when approved.
- Never commit anything to clients without HR’s consent.
- Dress appropriately and maintain professional conduct in all external communication.
- Punctuality and clarity in client meetings are mandatory.
5. Client Interaction & Safety
- Women trainees are not allowed to attend client meetings alone. Any meeting outside the office must be accompanied by a supervisor or team lead.
- All external conversations and visits must follow professional conduct and company safety protocols.
6. Nominee & Personal Details
- Submission of Nominee Details (Name, Relationship, Contact) is mandatory during joining.
- ID proof and current address proof must be submitted before training begins.
7. Performance & Termination
- If performance is unsatisfactory, the trainee may be removed from the program at any time without warning.
- Delay in task submissions, repeated mistakes, or failure in communication will lead to termination.
- No certificate will be provided for incomplete or terminated training.
8. Multiple Employment Restriction
- Trainees are strictly prohibited from working with any other company during the training period.
- If found violating, the individual will be fined ₹50,000, and legal action may be taken.
9. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All data, ideas, and content developed during the training are the intellectual property of the company.
- Sharing company information, tools, or files externally will result in legal action and termination.
10. Post-Training Benefits (Only If Successfully Completed)
- Training Completion Certificate
- Individual Experience & Feedback Report
- Eligibility for full-time employment based on performance
11. Miscellaneous
- Any form of disrespect, harassment, or indiscipline will result in direct action without further warning.
- Misuse of company tools, files, or systems will not be tolerated.
- Final decisions regarding role changes, continuation, or employment offer rest solely with the company.
