Roles & Responsibilities
Support customers in using WeGeni products and services
Understand client issues and provide basic troubleshooting support
Coordinate with the technical team for bug fixes and feature updates
Handle product onboarding and user guidance
Maintain support tickets and client follow-ups
Prepare product documentation and FAQs
Assist in product testing and quality checks
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Learn product workflows and explain them to clients clearly
