Description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can support our internal SaaS products, assist clients, understand business workflows, and help customers solve issues effectively. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, technology, problem-solving, and customer interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support customers in using WeGeni products and services
- Understand client issues and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Coordinate with the technical team for bug fixes and feature updates
- Handle product onboarding and user guidance
- Maintain support tickets and client follow-ups
- Prepare product documentation and FAQs
- Assist in product testing and quality checks
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Learn product workflows and explain them to clients clearly
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS products
- Knowledge of CRM and support systems
- Understanding of web and mobile applications
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Basic understanding of saas / software workflows
- Knowledge of email communication tools
