I am Kishore, and I have always thought that technology had the ability to bring about significant change. I have had the amazing chance to transform ideas into meaningful realities during the last five years, starting two businesses and introducing three internationally recognized products that have left their imprint on their respective industries.

The Beginning of It All

I launched my first business, FintechGie, in 2019 with the sole goal of providing digital transformation solutions based on operational excellence and design thinking. Focusing heavily on innovation, I oversaw the creation of:

Qifi (2020): A comprehensive well-being wellness app.

Interviewo (2021): An app for talent improvement that helps professionals advance.

Young Chanakya (2023): A platform that helps young people in India develop their business and entrepreneurial abilities.

In addition to solving issues, these goods established new standards for the sectors they catered to.

The Birth of WeGeni: Redefining Possibilities from Tier 3 Cities

WeGeni Pvt Ltd was established in 2024 with the audacious goal of bridging the gap between Tier 3 cities' unrealized potential and global prospects. I felt that companies should have access to top-notch solutions, regardless of their size or location. Delivering globally-standard IT services while enabling small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to grow effectively and sustainably was my straightforward but ambitious goal.

However, WeGeni as it exists today did not begin this journey. It started with an epiphany.

As I traversed Tier 3 cities, I observed innumerable companies facing problems with obvious, solvable answers: ineffective operations, uneven customer support, and growth that was stalled by antiquated methods. The lack of access to contemporary techniques, tactics, and technology that are easily accessible in Tier 1 cities was the problem, not a lack of ambition.

I therefore questioned

 why companies should be forced to move to Tier 1 locations in order to expand.

Why is it that innovation cannot move from Tier 3 cities to the rest of the world?

WeGeni, a business founded to level the playing field, was the solution.
